Job summary

Clio is seeking a Business Development Representative with a law background to join our Sales team and help develop opportunities across Central America and the Caribbean. You will identify and qualify prospects, coordinate product demonstrations, and maintain CRM records to support regional growth.

The ideal candidate holds a law degree or is a recent graduate, with strong communication skills and a keen interest in sales, business development, and LegalTech.

Qualifications

• Law degree or recent law graduate.
• Genuine interest in sales and business development.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads from diverse sources.
• Identify and qualify business opportunities aligned with ICP.
• Schedule and coordinate product demos with Account Executive team.
• Maintain accurate prospect data in CRM systems.
• Follow up on opportunities to grow the sales pipeline.
• Build professional relationships with potential customers.
