Qualifications

• Significant experience (ideally 5+ years) in talent acquisition across in-house and/or search environments.
• Industry exposure in FMCG, Financial Services and/or Commodity Trading is a plus.
• Strong focus on delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle recruitment for junior to mid-level roles across LatAm from requisition to verbal offer acceptance.
• Build deep commercial understanding of hiring needs and align with employer value proposition.
• Partner with leadership to shape hiring strategies and provide market insights.
• Deliver a high-quality, efficient process focused on direct sourcing and strong stakeholder experience.
• Use multiple sourcing methods and create compelling job adverts for key platforms.
• Screen candidates and present pitches; short-list for interview and coordinate the process.
• Provide timely interview feedback and negotiate offers; advise diverse hiring managers and HR colleagues.
• Research and maintain talent pipelines to support future hiring and succession planning.
