Job summary

Eaton’s Protection, Control & Solutions (PCS) business seeks a Services Business Leader for Latin America. This role owns LATAM Services strategy, consolidated P&L, and a scalable regional delivery engine with common standards for safety, quality, certification and execution.

The leader will drive recurring and lifecycle revenue, expand offerings across LATAM, and partner with GEO leaders on strategic accounts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in services, field service, aftermarket, solutions or project businesses in electrical power with multi-country P&L experience.
• Demonstrated growth in services revenue and margin with strong safety culture.
• Latin America regional experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the LATAM Services P&L and monthly performance reviews (orders, sales, backlog, end-to-end margin, operating profit).
• Expand lifecycle and recurring revenue through maintenance agreements, installed-base, modernization and digital services.
• Lead safe, on-time delivery with clear escalation paths and consistent quality.
• Coordinate three regional Services leaders and the regional delivery system across engineering, field service, service centers and partners.
