Job summary
Eaton Corporation’s Protection, Control, & Solutions Group seeks a Latam R&D Manager to lead regional R&D and Engineering, driving product localization, cost reduction, manufacturing innovation, and capital investment projects across Latin America. This role supports operations in Mexico, Central America & Caribbean, Chile, and Brazil, reporting to the LATAM Operations Director.
The position requires 50% travel and advanced English and Spanish proficiency, with responsibility to
