Job summary

AMPECO is seeking a Business Development Representative to help grow our LATAM presence by researching markets, identifying potential leads, and initiating contact via LinkedIn, email, or phone.

You will collaborate with the sales team to craft tailored outreach and build long-term relationships with key accounts, travel internationally when needed, and translate local market requirements into actionable product insights.

Qualifications

• Experience in lead research and outbound sales for SaaS.
• Familiarity with complex software products.
• Strong growth hacking, boolean search, and automation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to travel internationally and based in Colombia.

Responsibilities

• Research key industry stakeholders, trends, specifics, and opportunities.
• Identify potential leads and understand their business models and needs.
• Develop a tailored approach highlighting challenges and opportunities per account.
• Contact outbound opportunities via LinkedIn, email, or phone.
• Lead conversations to guide clients toward meetings and build relationships.
• Develop and maintain an understanding of the industry, AMPECO’s platform and solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and execute account plans.
• Attend industry events and represent AMPECO to promote the brand.
• Translate local market requirements into actionable product insights.
