Job summary

Eaton Corporation is seeking a Latam Quality Manager to lead regional Operational Excellence and Quality, standardize Lean/Six Sigma deployment, and own BI/data governance across LATAM sites. The role oversees regional teams and drives cost-out initiatives while advancing Industry 4.0 initiatives.

The position requires 7–10 years in quality/OpEx/CI with 5 years in multi-country management, plus bilingual English/Spanish and ISO/quality systems expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related.
• Six Sigma Black Belt and/or MBA preferred.
• Working knowledge of quality management systems, Operational Excellence, Lean/Six Sigma and data analytics.
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in quality / OpEx / CI.
• 5 years in managerial experience leading multi-country teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional Quality and Operational Excellence strategy and deploy the Eaton Business System (EBS).
• Direct regional Quality teams (Mexico, CAC, Andean, Brazil) and drive quality performance and compliance.
• Lead Continuous Improvement (CI) teams across the region and embed a CI culture.
• Deploy Lean / Six Sigma programs and operational assessments (OpA).
• Drive cost-out initiatives across the region.
• Own unified dashboards and operations BI / data management and analytics.
• Lead Data and ERP governance for the operations organization.
• Drive Industry 4.0 (I4.0) initiatives.
• Support demand analysis / BI for the operations organization.
• Standardize quality and CI processes and metrics across plants.
• Build organizational capability, developing and coaching OpEx/Quality talent across the region.
