GE Healthcare seeks a LATAM S&OP Leader to drive inventory optimization, fulfill­ment performance, and PSI planning across the Latin America region. You will partner with Modality, Commercial, Supply Chain, and Operations to deliver data-driven insights and mitigations that protect revenue and customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong ownership, structured problem solving, and the ability to lead priorities from identification through resolution in a global healthcare context.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years in supply chain, distribution, sales ops, or order management.
• Proficiency with ERP, Excel, and BI Tools.
• Strong analytical and complex problem-solving using data.
• Excellent coordination of multiple projects with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Lead LATAM inventory strategy and governance to improve turns and reduce obsolete inventory.
• Establish disciplined inventory monitoring by modality and mitigate risks.
• Serve as LATAM focal for fulfillment escalations and coordinate regional/global stakeholders.
• Manage fulfillment escalations with clear ownership, urgency, and follow-through.
• Lead regional S&OP and PSI processes for accurate plans and insights.
• Drive logistics optimization to reduce international freight costs.
• Coordinate Phase-In/Out and New Product Introductions with cross-functional teams.
• Lead materials planning for consoles and accessories within inventory strategy.
• Promote proactive communication, standardization, automation, and data quality.
