Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Compliance, Ethics, Shared Services, Contact Center Operations, Investigations Support, or related field.
• Experience handling sensitive and confidential information.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to assess and prioritize cases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with case management systems, HR systems, or workflow management tools.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and triage employee relations, ethics, compliance, and workplace concerns submitted through intake channels.
• Conduct initial assessment of cases to determine risk level, urgency, required documentation, and routing.
• Document allegations, inquiries, and information within case management systems with accuracy.
• Escalate high-risk or complex matters to investigators or stakeholders.
• Monitor case queues and SLA adherence to support timely resolution.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
• Communicate with employees, managers, HR partners, and stakeholders to gather intake information.
• Identify trends and recurring themes for proactive intervention.
• Support reporting, metrics, auditing, and process improvements in investigations intake and case management.
• Adhere to company policies, data privacy standards, and retention guidelines.
