Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4+ years Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience building talent pipelines across channels.
• Fluent in English (read, write, speak).
• Strong communication and stakeholder influence across an organization.
• Track record of sourcing professional & executive talent.
• Knowledge of ATS and search management systems.
• Excellent interviewing skills.
• Strong project management with multi-tasking ability.
• Experience with market intelligence tools and data storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Identify and deliver exceptional professional and executive candidates for key priorities.
• Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies and outreach campaigns.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to align priorities and timelines.
• Build talent pipelines using digital outreach and data-driven methods.
• Screen, interview, and present qualified shortlists for positions and pipelines.
• Collaborate with Talent Insights to leverage market data for development outcomes.
