Qualifications

• Advanced coursework or certification in HR, Employee Relations, Compliance, Ethics, or Investigations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and triage employee relations, ethics, compliance, and workplace concerns.
• Conduct initial risk assessment and determine routing and required documentation.
• Document allegations and information in case management systems with accuracy.
• Escalate high-risk or complex matters to investigators or stakeholders.
• Monitor case queues and service levels to ensure timely resolutions.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Communicate with employees, managers, and HR partners to gather intake information.
• Identify trends requiring proactive intervention and process improvements.
