Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a HR Operations Sr. Supervisor to lead recruitment and onboarding transactional activities across the region in Bogotá.

You will manage case work, ensure compliance with HR policies and SLAs, and drive standardization and efficiency within HR operations. You will also oversee people management, development of team members, and support HR leadership on global initiatives, including automation efforts within Talent Acquisition teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
