Aufgaben

• Support salary reviews and incentive cycles following established procedures.
• Maintain and update compensation data in HR systems with accuracy and policy alignment.
• Assist with data validation, audits, and issue resolution for high-quality data and reporting.
• Generate standard and ad hoc reports for HR, Finance, and stakeholders.
• Support market pricing and benchmarking activities, including survey prep and submission.
• Respond to routine compensation inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
• Assist with documentation, guides, and knowledge materials.
• Identify inefficiencies and support process improvements in compensation workflows.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and audit controls.
