Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead Recruitment and Onboarding transactional activities, manage SLAs and compliance.
• Oversee daily case management and workflow to ensure accuracy and timely resolution.
• Manage HR teams across hub and countries; provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Drive continuous improvement and standardization of regional HR processes.
• Collaborate with Global Talent Acquisition on projects and automation.
