Johnson & Johnson Bogota Capability Center is seeking a Payroll Analyst with strong HR/Finance operations focus. You will ensure timely and accurate payroll processing for the Americas region, review results, and support incident/change management, continuous improvement, and system upgrades.

You will follow J&J Global Services procedures, collaborate across teams, and manage confidential data with integrity while ensuring regulatory and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of Payroll or HR operation experience (Americas Region).
• Knowledge of US payroll processing.
• Strong English language verbal and written communication skills required.
• Payroll certification is preferred (CPP, FPC).
• Research and problem-solving skills required.
• Ability to execute tactically with minimal supervision.
• Cultural awareness and ability to work with multiple markets.
• Experience with deployment/implementation projects preferred.
• Knowledge of Leading Third-Party Payroll Providers (ADP, NGA, SDWorx).
• Experience in a multinational company or Finance/HR Shared Services preferred.
• Experience with E-Time, Kronos, SAP, Workday preferred.
• Knowledge of DTPs and SOX/compliance required.

Responsabilités

• Ensure payroll data interfaces into the payroll system before deadline.
• Support accounting, payments, Time & Attendance, and Long Term incentives as part of Payroll.
• Perform checks, variance analysis and reconciliations during pre-payroll processing.
• Provide payroll support across project phases such as testing and data management.
• Provide expertise on payroll calculation with third-party providers.
• Support multi-country payroll to align with policies and legal requirements.
• Produce month-end, quarter-end, and year-end payroll reports.
• Maintain internal controls and SOX compliance documentation.
• Identify continuous improvement and automation opportunities.
