Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Compliance, Ethics, Shared Services or Investigations.
• Experience handling sensitive and confidential information.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to assess and prioritize cases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with case management systems, HR systems, or workflow tools.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and triage employee relations, ethics, compliance, and workplace concerns.
• Conduct initial risk assessment and determine routing and required documentation.
• Document allegations and information in case management systems.
• Escalate high-risk or complex matters to investigators or stakeholders.
• Monitor queues and service levels to support timely resolutions.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Communicate with employees, managers, and HR partners to gather intake information.
• Identify trends for proactive interventions and process improvements.
• Assist with reporting and audits related to investigations intake and case management.
