Atlas Copco Group in Bogotá is seeking a Sales Development Representative to actively generate and qualify new business opportunities for our corporate units. You will research prospects, conduct daily outreach, and maintain lead data to drive a robust sales pipeline.

The role requires 2+ years in sales or BD, CRM proficiency, and familiarity with industrial markets. This is an on-site position with opportunities to collaborate across sales and marketing and grow with a globally renowned company.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in sales or business development (industrial/technical markets preferred).
• Experience using CRM platforms to manage prospects and leads.
• Ability to research prospects, understand client needs and tailor outreach.
• Familiarity with industrial equipment markets or technical sales environments is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Research prospects and identify key potential clients to tailor outreach.
• Perform daily outreach via phone and digital channels to engage prospects.
• Create and maintain accurate lead records for follow-up and handoff.
• Evaluate leads for fit and readiness to advance in the sales process.
• Deliver qualified leads to sales reps to maximize closing opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine prospecting strategies and insights.
