cnx, based in Bogotá, is seeking a Sales Development Specialist to drive B2B growth through proactive prospecting and outbound sales. The role emphasizes strong cold-calling skills, relationship building, and technical aptitude to understand offerings. English B2 and Spanish required, with a focus on high-volume outbound interactions.

The position reports to a Sales Manager and requires 1.5+ years in sales, CRM proficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

1.5+ years in a sales role (B2B preferred).
Strong cold calling and lead prospecting in B2B environments.
Technical aptitude to quickly grasp products/services.
Experience handling high-volume outbound calling.
Strong problem-solving and objection-handling skills.
Proficient with MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsabilidades

Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts.
Develop product knowledge and understand client needs and requirements.
Proactively address customer concerns affecting satisfaction or usage.
Manage competitive pressures and objections to retain and acquire customers.
Handle a high volume of outbound calls and emails.
Collaborate with team and management for a consistent customer experience.
Maintain and update the CRM with current data.
Execute sales motions including lead qualification, conversion, health checks, and renewals.
Work with the Sales Manager and team to drive results.
