Brink's Incorporated in Bogotá, Colombia is seeking a DMT Agent to deliver exceptional customer service and support for Compusafes, Smart Safes, Recyclers and other devices within Brink's service offering. You will monitor the network of devices, respond to calls, emails and cases, and manage incident resolution with internal and external partners.

The role requires 4+ years in customer service, ability to work independently or in a team, and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Formación

• Demonstrated knowledge of customer service activities (4+ years).
• Experience working independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in corporate/financial environments is a plus.
• Must be customer-service oriented and results-driven.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel (2+ years).

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service and support across devices.
• Monitor network of devices and proactively respond to calls, emails, and cases.
• Manage incidents, dispatch third-party vendors, and escalate when needed.
• Liaise with site personnel and internal/external partners to ensure timely resolution.
