Brink’s Inc is seeking a DMT Agent to provide exceptional customer service and support for its Brinks device solutions, including Compusafes, Smart Safes and Recyclers. The role operates in a fast-paced environment, proactively monitoring devices and handling requests via calls, emails, and cases.

The position focuses on incident management, problem assessment, coordinating third-party vendors, and escalation to internal and external partners to ensure timely and effective resolution.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor network of devices (Compusafes, Smart Safes, Recyclers) and respond to calls, emails and cases.
• Provide incident management services with problem assessments, dispatch third-party vendors, and escalate to internal/external partners to ensure timely resolution.

The DMT Agent provides exceptional customer service and support for Compusafes, Smart Safes, Recyclers and other devices within the Brinks service offering. The DMT Agent operates in a fast-paced environment, proactively monitoring the network of devices and responding to incoming calls, emails and cases. This position provides incident management services with problem assessments, dispatching third party vendors, discussing issues with the site and providing escalations to internal and external business partners to ensure timely and effective resolution.
