Brinks is seeking a DMT Agent in Bogotá to deliver exceptional customer service and support for Compusafes, Smart Safes, Recyclers and other devices within Brinks service offerings.

The role involves monitoring a fast-paced device network, handling calls, emails and cases, performing incident management, and coordinating with vendors and site teams to ensure timely resolution.

Formación

• Demonstrated knowledge of customer service activities (+ 4 Years)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in a corporate environment and financial or similar field is a Plus
• Customer service oriented and results driven
• At least 2+ year of experience using Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Provide incident management services including assessment and resolution of issues
• Proactively monitoring network of devices and responding to calls, emails and cases
• Dispatch third party vendors when needed and coordinate with site personnel
• Discuss issues with site teams and escalate to internal and external partners as required

The DMT Agent provides exceptional customer service and support for Compusafes, Smart Safes, Recyclers and other devices within the Brinks service offering. The DMT Agent operates in a fast-paced environment, proactively monitoring the network of devices and responding to incoming calls, emails and cases. This position provides incident management services with problem assessments, dispatching third party vendors, discussing issues with the site and providing escalations to internal and external business partners to ensure timely and effective resolution.
