Coupa is seeking a Technical Support Engineer in Bogota to support enterprise customers on our cloud platform. You will join a global team focused on exceeding customer expectations and driving success.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to resolve issues, perform root cause analysis, and contribute to the knowledge base. Applicants must reside within an hour of Bogota, Colombia, and can expect to work on-site 2–3 days weekly.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in technical support with external customers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, MySQL, Linux, and Unix.
• Interest in learning scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Shell, Python) and web technologies (XML, XSLT, DOM, HTML).
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive customer success.

Responsabilidades

• Provide second-level techno-functional support across Coupa’s products, including core procurement apps and acquired solutions.
• Understand customer use cases to maximize the value and effectiveness of the Coupa platform.
• Manage escalations and deliver timely updates to stakeholders in line with SLAs.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues across integrations, workflows, configurations, and APIs while driving root cause analysis.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Cloud Operations, and Customer Success to ensure efficient issue resolution.
• Contribute to the knowledge base through high-quality documentation and stay current with Coupa releases and certifications.
