Greystar is seeking a Maintenance/Service Associate to ensure the physical community remains well-maintained, with attention to grounds, amenities, and curb appeal. You will support the service team and assist in the make-ready process to prepare vacant units.

The role emphasizes safety, adherence to policies, and courteous resident interaction while performing inspections and basic maintenance tasks. Candidates should be able to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Formación

• Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs).

Responsabilidades

• Inspects the community to remove litter and ensure common areas are neat and well maintained.
• Removes trash and items from vacant units before make-ready.
• Fulfills routine maintenance requests and assists in the turn process.
• Changes locks and ensures pool gates meet safety codes.
• Distributes notices to residents and notifies supervisors of hazards.
• Provides courteous resident service and responds to maintenance inquiries.
• Attends safety meetings and follows OSHA and safety policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
