• Design payroll processes and advise on changes, country implementations, and operating models.
• Assess and manage payroll impact from policy changes and tech advances.
• Manage the Payroll Transformation portfolio, roadmap, and sequencing.

• Define global yet local process approaches and data-driven recommendations on standardization.
