Scotia GBS in Bogota, Colombia, seeks a Payroll Team Lead to manage a team of Payroll Analysts and drive accurate payroll processing. You will mentor analysts, resolve ROE and time/leave inquiries, and ensure compliance with employment standards and bank policies.

The role requires 2–5 years in a supervisory capacity, a business or HR degree, and strong Excel/PowerPoint/Word skills. You will work with HR and finance to improve payroll delivery in a high-performing environment.

Formación

• 2–5 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Post-secondary degree in Business or Human Resources, or pursuing related study.
• Customer service experience is an asset.
• Knowledge of HR foundations and Bank policies.
• Strong organizational structure awareness and planning skills.
• Mentoring and training abilities for team development.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives with attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel, plus proficiency in PowerPoint and Word.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage a Payroll Analyst team focused on payroll processes.
• Escalation point for ROE data processing and case inquiries.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance with regulations and Bank policies.
• Guide daily activities using case management systems for inquiries.
• Oversee bi-weekly payroll, month-end and year-end closings as needed.
• Drive process improvements and payroll delivery enhancements.
• Support senior payroll leadership and partner with HR and finance.
