Job summary

Insight Global is urgently seeking a Payroll Administrator to lead end-to-end payroll for Colombia and LATAM, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely delivery. The role requires direct Colombian payroll experience and professional English communication with U.S.-based stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will proficiently process all payroll components, collaborate with HR, Finance, Accounting, and Legal, and continuously improve payroll processes in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Direct, hands-on experience processing payroll in Colombia.
• Strong knowledge of Colombian labor law and payroll regulations.
• Professional business-level English proficiency (B2 minimum).
• Ability to participate in meetings with U.S.-based stakeholders in English.
• Experience supporting payroll functions in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Review, balance, and process accurate and timely payrolls for Colombia and LATAM.
• Process salaries, bonuses, commissions, allowances, deductions, and one-time payments with regulatory compliance.
• Calculate and validate payroll components such as social security, parafiscal charges, and income tax withholdings.
• Support employee payroll changes including hires, terminations, salary adjustments, leaves, and data updates.
• Coordinate payroll activities with country HR teams and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and payroll regulations; maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Generate payroll reports, conduct audits, and implement corrective actions for discrepancies.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Accounting, and Legal to ensure payroll accuracy and scalability.
