Job summary

Mastercard in Bogotá seeks a Payroll Process Transformation Manager to lead continuous improvement of global payroll processes, ensure standardization, compliance, timeliness and digital readiness across the globe.

You will partner with global payroll leadership, design and optimize processes, manage the transformation roadmap, collaborate with Product & Engineering (Workday Payroll, time and attendance, benefits, and in-country vendors), and drive data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in global payroll operations or related fields.
• Experience designing and governing end-to-end payroll processes in global organizations.
• Strong knowledge of payroll platforms and automation tools.
• Understanding of audit requirements, SOX controls, and risk management.
• Analytical and communication skills across regions and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead payroll transformation strategy and process design.
• Translate business needs into tangible payroll improvements.
• Manage transformation roadmap, prioritization, and sequencing.
• Collaborate with Payroll leadership to standardize and optimize processes.
