Sutherland is seeking a Lead Payroll in Bogotá to manage end-to-end payroll cycles, ensure 100% accuracy, and handle off-cycle payrolls within a compliant framework. You will monitor regulatory changes and coordinate audits while leading escalation resolution and process improvements.

The role requires 5–7 years in payroll operations, hands-on experience with ADP or SAP Payroll, and strong knowledge of Colombian payroll regulations.

Formación

• 5–7 years of progressive experience in payroll administration, payroll shared services, or payroll operations.
• Strong expertise in payroll calculations, payroll reconciliation, payroll reporting, and payroll adjustments.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise payroll systems such as ADP, SAP Payroll, or similar platforms.
• Solid knowledge of payroll compliance, tax regulations, and payroll audit readiness.
• Experience managing payroll escalations, employee payroll disputes, and high-volume payroll support.
• Leadership exposure: guiding payroll analysts or supporting payroll team operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, HR, Accounting, or related field.

• Prepare audit documentation and support audits.

• Handle complex payroll discrepancies and root cause analysis.
• Validate system integrations and data flow.
• Identify system issues and coordinate fixes.
• Drive standardization of payroll processes and support automation initiatives.
