• Strong communication across senior leaders and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global payroll product roadmap and strategy.
• Own design, build, testing, deployment, and enhancements.
• Align payroll decisions with global standards, controls, and compliance.
• Lead global payroll separation and transformation initiatives.
• Develop transition plans for process design, data validation, and adoption.
