Mindlance is seeking a System Design Specialist to support LMS configuration, optimization, integration, and implementation across a global environment. You will work with cross-functional teams and vendors to maintain a scalable learning technology ecosystem.

You will manage LMS configurations, workflows, and data integrations; leverage ETL, Power Automate, and APIs; and provide incident resolution via ServiceNow. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Formación

• Hands-on LMS administration and technical support.
• Strong API and enterprise system integration knowledge.
• Experience with ETL, data transformation, and data validation.
• Proficient in Power Automate and workflow automation.
• Experience with ServiceNow for incident management.

Responsabilidades

• Configure, test, and optimize LMS features and integrations.
• Support configurations, workflows, integrations, and enhancements.
• Utilize ETL and automation to streamline data accuracy.
• Develop and troubleshoot APIs and data integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors for reliable systems.
• Analyze usage and performance to identify improvements.
• Assist with system implementations, upgrades, and rollouts.
• Provide technical support via ServiceNow and resolve incidents.
• Create and maintain technical docs and process guides.
• Contribute to ongoing learning tech ecosystem design.
