Slalom seeks a Salesforce Senior Developer to design and deliver scalable, enterprise-grade applications on the Salesforce platform. You will translate business requirements into technical solutions, lead designs, and guide hands-on delivery including Apex, LWC, and integrations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams across our Colombia offices to modernize infrastructure, implement AI-powered capabilities, and ensure quality through rigorous testing and DevOps practices.

Formación

• End-to-end Salesforce development lifecycle across multiple engineers.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP/Metadata APIs and integrations.
• CI/CD for Salesforce deployments and DevOps practices.

Responsabilidades

• Translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions.
• Estimate effort based on requirements and constraints.
• Lead technical design sessions and document solutions.
• Oversee technical delivery including custom solutions and integrations.
• Provide hands-on guidance to developers for issues.
• Design and manage test plans to ensure quality.
• Demonstrate thought leadership and stay current with Salesforce features.
• Coach and mentor junior engineers in best practices.
