NIQ is shaping the future of customer learning by designing, building, and scaling digital learning experiences across global FMCG clients. This role focuses on a Learning Experience Platform, AI-enabled automation, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, AI, Technology, UX, and content teams.

The candidate will manage content governance, data-informed insights, and scalable learning operations while delivering high-impact, learning-driven outcomes at scale.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Learning Technology or related field.
• 3–6+ years in learning, customer education, enablement, or learning technology in a global SaaS/tech org.
• 3+ years administering or configuring LMS/LXP platforms.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Experience managing digital learning content, metadata, and governance.
• Experience translating complex product/technical concepts into scalable learning solutions.
• Strong UI/UX judgment and application of UI/UX best practices.
• Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams to deliver tech-enabled learning solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and scale a Learning Experience Platform (LXP).
• Configure, test, and launch the LXP with effective content structure.
• Partner with vendors and NIQ teams to implement integrations and platform enhancements.
• Leverage AI, automation, and emerging tech to optimize content strategy, governance, and maintenance workflows.
• Maintain platform administration, content governance, publishing, and QA in LXP and related systems.
• Troubleshoot SCORM/xAPI, learner access, and tracking issues to ensure a reliable learning experience.
