NIQ seeks a Learning Technology professional to design, implement, and optimize digital learning experiences across global clients. You will deploy an LXP, integrate with platforms, and support AI-enabled learning initiatives with cross‑functional teams.

You will manage content governance, metadata, and SCORM/xAPI troubleshooting while collaborating with Product, AI, Technology, UX, and education teams to scale learning operations globally.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 3-6+ years in learning, customer education, enablement, or learning technology.
• 3+ years administering or configuring LMS/LXP platforms.
• Fluency in English, technical communication skills.
• Experience managing digital learning content and governance.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into scalable learning solutions.
• Strong UI/UX sensibility and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Support design and launch of a new Learning Experience Platform (LXP).
• Design and optimize digital learning experiences and content structure.
• Collaborate with vendors and NIQ teams to implement integrations and enhancements.
• Work with NIQ AI teams to leverage AI, automation, and new technologies.
• Contribute to platform administration, governance, publishing, and QA.
• Troubleshoot SCORM/xAPI, learner access, and tracking issues.
• Maintain process documentation and use insights to optimize global delivery.
