The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in learning or talent development, with a strong background in instructional design and a focus on impactful onboarding programs.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in learning or talent development.
• Experience operating and measuring onboarding programs' business impact.
• Background in adult learning methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Design, manage, and report onboarding operations in our LMS.
• Coordinate projects across various stakeholders.
• Analyze data on learning program effectiveness.

Conocimientos

Experience in learning or talent development

Advanced proficiency in English

Experience in people-facing positions

Experience with LMS administration

Background in instructional design
