Lean Solutions Group's Global Technology Services division is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, ServiceNow, to join a remote LATAM team. You will work with business partners to understand processes and implement scalable workflows in ServiceNow, with CSM and API/Kafka integrations.

You will collaborate with engineering leadership to design event-driven automations, develop backend and frontend components, and uphold engineering standards, automated testing, and CI/CD across the platform.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years as software, data, or ML engineer.
• Experience building with JavaScript in a team environment.
• Foundational knowledge of databases and distributed systems.
• Deep understanding of the ServiceNow product portfolio, including CSM and platform upgrades.

Responsabilidades

• Translate business processes into scalable ServiceNow workflows.
• Develop event-driven automations with observability from the outset.
• Integrate ServiceNow with APIs and Kafka connections.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership and business stakeholders.
• Contribute to backend and frontend components across the platform.
