NielsenIQ is seeking a Learning Technology professional to architect and operate scalable digital learning experiences for global FMCG and client teams. You’ll drive the rollout of NIQ’s Learning Experience Platform, partner with AI teams, and optimize content governance across LXPs, LMSs, and SCORM-based authoring tools.

You bring hands-on experience with LXPs/LMSs, platform integrations, and a passion for data-informed learning design that scales learning operations globally.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Learning Technology, UX or related field.
• 3–6+ years in learning, customer education, enablement, or learning tech in global tech SaaS.
• 3+ years administering LMS/LXP platforms and content governance.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee design, implementation, and optimization of NIQ’s Learning Experience Platform.
• Create scalable digital learning journeys using AI, automation, and analytics.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, UX, and content teams to enable global delivery.
• Manage content structure, taxonomy, metadata, and governance for learning assets.
• Troubleshoot SCORM/xAPI issues and ensure reliable learner access and tracking.
