You will screen candidates, conduct interviews, and present strong slates to hiring managers, while maintaining open, respectful communication with candidates throughout the process.

The role requires 2+ years in IT recruiting, advanced English, and the ability to work on multiple concurrent projects within a global team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Advanced English level required (verbal and written).
• 2+ years as an IT Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full life-cycle recruitment including candidate screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Interview and evaluate candidates, including phone and digital interviews.
• Prepare a qualified slate of prospective candidates for hiring managers with supporting recommendations.
• Maintain constant communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring transparency and respect.
