Find Job Latam is seeking an IT Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our fully remote team. You will source technology professionals across Latin America, screen candidates in English, and manage pipelines in an ATS.

Ideal candidate has 2–3 years IT recruitment, experience with Manatal or other ATS, strong sourcing skills, and an AI-driven mindset to optimize workflows. Remote work across LATAM; residency in listed countries welcomed.

Formación

• 2–3 years of professional IT recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting across Latin America or international markets.
• English proficiency level B2+ required.
• Hands-on ATS experience; Manatal preferred, others acceptable.

Responsabilidades

• Source and identify qualified IT professionals across Latin America for opportunities with U.S. and international companies.
• Use Boolean search and other sourcing techniques to identify relevant candidates efficiently.
• Work with an ATS to organize candidate information, manage pipelines, update stages, and maintain records.
• Conduct screening calls and initial interviews in English to assess technical background, communication, and fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients with timely follow-up.
• Maintain candidate engagement and a positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with the Find Job Latam team to align sourcing with job requirements and automate workflows.
