BairesDev is seeking an IT Recruiter to join our Recruiting Team and manage end-to-end recruitment for global roles, including sourcing, interviewing, exams, and candidate presentations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of IT recruiting experience.
• Minimum 1 year of Full Life Cycle IT recruiting experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced English level and strong self-management.

Responsibilities

• Provide full cycle recruiting including sourcing, interviews, technical exams, presentation and closing of candidates.
• Assist in organizing candidates’ interviews with clients and follow-up after interviews.
• Carry out negotiations with candidates and start the hiring process.
• Understand the requirements of each client and vacancy to recruit accordingly.
• Work in collaboration with the sales team in the development of the business.
