G-P, a leading global employment platform, seeks a motivated Business Development Representative for our remote-first team. You will identify and qualify leads, generate new opportunities, and support the sales team in hitting revenue targets.

The role requires excellent communication, persistence, and CRM proficiency. You will collaborate with marketing, keep CRM records up to date, and strive to exceed monthly targets for qualified leads and meetings.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, marketing or related field.
• 2+ years sales or lead generation experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to engage with prospects.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect and identify potential clients through multiple channels (cold calls, email, social).
• Educate prospects about Employer of Record services and schedule meetings/demos for sales team.
• Qualify leads and gather key information to assess potential clients.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to optimize lead generation and pipeline.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and provide feedback on campaigns.
