Talent Global LLC is seeking a confident outbound BDR to support U.S.-based business development. This remote, full-time role emphasizes outbound calling to identify decision-makers and create qualified sales opportunities, with work aligned to U.S. business hours.

You will log activities in CRM, navigate gatekeepers, and collaborate with the team to turn outbound activity into meaningful opportunities while maintaining high call quality and persistence.

Formación

• Experience in outbound sales, cold calling, lead generation, or B2B business development.
• High-volume outbound calling experience with consistent activity.
• Strong track record of turning cold outreach into opportunities (appointments/leads).
• Excellent spoken English with clear, confident communication.

Responsabilidades

• Make consistent outbound cold calls to U.S.-based businesses and decision-makers.
• Identify and connect with the appropriate contacts within target companies.
• Engage prospects in professional conversations to understand needs and generate interest.
• Navigate gatekeepers to reach decision-makers.
• Log calls, outcomes, and follow-ups in the CRM accurately.
• Send follow-up emails and provide requested information after conversations.
