Bluelight is seeking a highly driven Business Development Representative to expand our US-focused client base through outbound prospecting, email, LinkedIn, and calls. The role emphasizes high‑volume outreach, qualification of opportunities, and collaboration with Account Executives to drive discovery calls.

You'll work with HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, and Instantly, maintaining metrics to hit daily activity targets and pipeline growth.

Formación

• Experience in B2B sales or inside sales, preferably software/tech.
• Strong negotiation skills with decision‑maker influence.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
• Experience with telemarketing or outbound calling campaigns is desirable.
• Experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and improve outreach.
• Knowledge of Apollo, Clay, and Instantly for prospecting/outreach.

Responsabilidades

• Execute high‑volume outbound prospecting daily via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and SMS.
• Use HubSpot to manage daily outreach including call tasks and follow‑ups.
• Build prospect lists with Apollo and Clay aligned to ICP.
• Run multi‑touch outbound sequences in Instantly to engage prospects.
• Write and send outbound emails and LinkedIn messages with personalization.
• Qualify prospects based on budget, authority, need, and timeline.
