Go Lean Health is seeking a Patient Care Communications Specialist in Bogotá to serve as the voice of the practice. You will handle patient calls, texts, emails, and scheduling workflows, ensuring a warm, calm, and professional experience across channels.

This role requires empathy, organization, and the ability to manage scheduling efficiently in a high-volume clinic environment. Flexibility to work Saturdays and a Mac OS device are essential.

Formación

• Excellent spoken English with clear neutral accent.
• Strong written communication for SMS, email, and patient messages.
• Experience as Virtual Medical Assistant, Medical Receptionist, or similar healthcare support role.
• Able to handle high call volumes in a fast-paced clinic environment.
• Reliable, punctual and proactive with attendance communication.
• Must own and work from a Mac OS device.
