Resolv Global is seeking a detail-oriented, bilingual patient support professional for an on-site, full-time role in Barranquilla, Colombia. You will be the primary contact for patients, guiding them from scheduling to post-visit follow-up, across multiple channels.

Responsibilities include answering inquiries via phone, email, text, and chat; scheduling and rescheduling appointments; and maintaining accurate patient records while supporting clinic operations.

Formación

• Full professional fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, patient support, or a similar client-facing role.
• Strong written communication skills with attention to grammar and clarity.
• Comfortable learning and navigating multiple software tools and platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.

We are looking for detail-oriented, caring, and reliable bilingual professionals to join our on-site patient support team.

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for patients, helping them navigate their care journey from scheduling appointments to receiving follow‑up guidance after their visits.

This is an on‑site, full‑time position open to candidates based in Barranquilla, Colombia. If you genuinely enjoy helping people, communicate clearly in both English and Spanish, and thrive in a structured remote environment, we would love to hear from you.

What You Will Do

Contract & Compensation

• $5.75 USD per hour
• Paid weekly in arrears
• Independent contractor position
