Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive Recruiter to join our dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and securing executive-level talent for our banking and financial services clients. Your expertise in the industry, strong networking abilities, and deep understanding of banking roles will be instrumental in driving the success of our team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive searches to identify top-tier candidates via direct sourcing, referrals, online platforms, and professional networks.


• Leverage industry knowledge and networks to proactively engage potential candidates, building strong relationships and promoting our clients’ opportunities.


• Screen and assess candidates for qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.


• Conduct in-depth interviews and present shortlisted candidates to clients with detailed summaries of skills, experience, and potential contributions.


• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing market insights, industry trends, and recruitment strategy guidance.


• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.


• Build and maintain a strong network of banking and finance professionals, industry leaders, and stakeholders to enhance sourcing efforts and business development opportunities.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of agency experience with proven results as an Executive Recruiter or Senior Recruiter, ideally in the banking sector.


• In-depth knowledge of banking roles, functions, and talent requirements.


• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field is a plus.


• Proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


• Strong networking skills to connect and engage with high-level professionals.


• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to influence and build relationships with clients and candidates.


• Demonstrated ability to conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews.


• Strong business acumen to align recruitment strategies with client goals.


• Proficient in recruitment tools, platforms, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).


• High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct.


• Experience serving U.S.-based clients is preferred.
