FullStack is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers to embed with enterprise teams, architect AI-enabled solutions, and ship production-ready systems. You’ll own discovery, design, implementation, and post-launch governance, bridging business needs and technical rigor.

Expect senior-level collaboration with executives and cross-functional teams across the Americas. The role emphasizes data, retrieval, and model behavior, building trusted AI through robust data, context, and evaluation.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years across ML, data, and software engineering.
• Python-first, production-grade services with strong testing.
• Proficiency in TypeScript/Node, .NET/C#, or Java is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Discover business problems with stakeholders and map requirements to AI solutions.
• Structure processes and specs for automated workflows and decision points.
• Architect end-to-end agentic systems emphasizing context and retrieval.
• Build agents, retrieval services, and evaluation tooling delivering value quickly.
• Engineer the delivery system with CI/CD for AI, including versioning and gates.
• Operate post-launch with observability, cost control, and governance.
• Consult with CTOs and VPs, translating technical decisions into business impact.
