Job summary
FullStack invites Forward Deployed Engineers to join a client‑facing AI engineering practice. You will embed with enterprise teams, architect comprehensive AI solutions, and ensure production readiness with a strong data and retrieval focus.
You will lead discovery, structure specifications, design end‑to‑end agentic systems, and own CI/CD for AI workloads, collaborating with regulated industries and large enterprises.
Qualifications
- 8–10+ years across ML, data, and software engineering.
- Python-first, production-grade (typed, tested, deployed).
- Experience with LLMs, retrieval, and agent systems in production.
Responsibilities
- Discover: run workshops with business and tech stakeholders to uncover needs.
- Structure: map current processes and turn into specs for automation.
- Architect & design: end-to-end agentic systems with context and retrieval.
- Build: ship working agents, retrieval services, and data flows.
- Engineer delivery: CI/CD for AI, versioning, and eval suites.
- Operate (Day 2): monitoring, observability, cost control, handoff to client.
- Consult: defend decisions with senior stakeholders and support proposals.
