Job summary

KittySpout is seeking a hands-on CRO Lead to own every conversion test across our Shopify DTC sites, landing pages, funnels, and post-purchase offers. You set strategy, build backlogs, QA tests, launch winners, and drive measurable lifts in CVR, AOV, and revenue per visitor.

The ideal candidate has 3-4+ years CRO experience for Shopify brands, deep Intelligems expertise, and a data-driven mindset to show impact across channels.

Qualifications

• 3-4+ years running CRO programs for Shopify DTC brands.
• Hands-on with Intelligems, paid funnels and on-site/offers.
• Data-driven with proven lifts in CVR, AOV or revenue per visitor.

Responsibilities

• Own the CRO test plan and backlog for both brands.
• Build, test and launch paid-acquisition funnels and on-site offers.
• Brief, QA and launch tests weekly and call results honestly.
