KittySpout is seeking a hands-on CRO Lead to own every conversion test across our site, landing pages, funnels and post‑purchase upsells. You will set the strategy, build the backlog, brief and QA tests, launch them and ship the winners.

We spend millions on Meta and look for a candidate with 3–4+ years CRO for Shopify DTC brands, strong Intelligems experience, and a data‑driven approach to lift CVR, AOV or RPV.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years running CRO programs for Shopify DTC brands.
• Hands-on Intelligems experience and proven results in lifting CVR, AOV or RPV.
• Experience briefing developers/designers and managing a CRO agency.

Responsabilités

• Own the CRO test plan and backlog for both brands, prioritised by impact.
• Build, test and launch paid acquisition funnels, on-site offers and post-purchase upsells.
• Brief, QA and launch tests weekly with the team and external partners.
• Report CRO KPIs weekly and lead the CRO & Funnels meeting.
