AutoNation is seeking a contract-based IT Corporate Recruiter to join our Corporate Talent Acquisition team at our Fort Lauderdale headquarters. This role leads full-cycle recruiting across IT, Technology, and Digital groups in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, with ownership of 15–20 open requisitions and collaboration with senior stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in recruiting, a track record of hiring for technical and corporate roles, and proficiency with Workday, LinkedIn

Formación

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate or agency setting.
• Proven success hiring for technical and corporate roles.
• Ability to manage high requisition volume with quality and speed.
• Experience with Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, and CRMs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across IT, Technology, and Digital teams.
• Manage 15–20 open requisitions simultaneously and adjust approach by role.
• Partner with department leaders, HRBPs, and senior stakeholders on hiring needs.
• Develop sourcing strategies using ATS, CRM, job boards, and social channels.
• Provide market insights, compensation benchmarking, and hiring consults.
• Deliver timely, thoughtful candidate communication at all stages.
• Maintain documentation in Workday ATS/CRM for reporting.
• Support other units as business priorities shift.
