BairesDev in Colombia is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to strategically analyze our pool of pre-vetted candidates and staff ongoing IT opportunities. You will link Client Services, Sales, and the broader Talent Acquisition team while managing end-to-end vetting to ensure time-to-market and revenue goals are met.

The ideal candidate is analytical, adaptable, and detail-oriented, with strong English and a process-driven mindset.

Formación

• Experience working with IT recruiting and technical talent acquisition.
• Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present candidates effectively.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsabilidades

• Successfully handle and fill openings, selecting candidates and meeting deadlines.
• Review and filter candidates in pipeline, following specific parameters and guidelines.
• Write summaries and edit resumes to present candidates effectively.
• Handle communication with Clients, Client Services, and Sales teams.
